Dimensions

Just 3,940mm long,1,745mm wide and 1,500mm high, the Mazda2 Hybrid is one of the more compact cars in its class. The small footprint, short overhangs and 10.5-metre wall-to-wall turning circle (11.0-metres for vehicles equipped with 16 or 17-inch wheels) make it the perfect urban hybrid choice, while its sporty stance on the road makes it equally at home away from town.

Front-end styling

The Mazda2 Hybrid features a unique front bumper and grille, while at the rear, the body-coloured tailgate garnish is unique to Mazda. The true Mazda five-point grille aperture gives a clear family look, while overall the Mazda2 Hybrid is a small car with dynamic styling and a strong stance on the road.

Colours and Trim

The latest Mazda2 Hybrid is available in eight colours – Lunar White, Glass Blue, Opera Black, Northern White Pearl and Formal Red. Introduced in 2026, Charcoal Grey, Sky Grey and Fern Green colours are also available. When it comes to wheel design, Centre-Line models have 15-inch silver alloy wheels, Exclusive-Line 16-inch alloy wheels and both Homura models have 17-inch black alloy wheels.

Powertrains

All Mazda2 Hybrid models feature the same powertrain that combines a 92ps 1.5-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine with a 59Kw electric motor for a combined self-charging hybrid powertrain that delivers a 116ps power output with 120Nm of torque.
